The JTG staff is composed of eleven job specialists and a program director. They work diligently to help program participants master essential academic and employability skills, increase career awareness, overcome barriers, remain in school, and make a smooth transition from school to work. They also provide twelve months of intensive follow-up assistance for each participant.
In addition to working with youth, program staff provide technical support to state and national JAG programs by conducting staff development workshops and training new job specialists. They also maintain the JAG Data Management System for Tennessee.
The staff invites you to communicate your interest in volunteering with JTG and/or other PENCIL programs by completing the
Volunteer Interest Form. It is grateful to the community for its support and welcomes contributions to ensure continued program success.
